John Scheuer starts a Builder supply company focusing on serving the concrete and masonry contractor.
1929
Due to The Great Depression, John Scheuer is forced to close his business.
1932
Borrowing $300.00 from his mother, Robert Scheuer (John Scheuer’s son), re-opens the business, calling it Lakewood Mason Supply Co.
Early-mid 1950’s

1976
After Robert Scheuer Sr. passing, Robert (Bob) Scheuer Jr. takes over as President of Lakewood Supply
2001
The Lakewood Supply Company relocates to a much larger facility and its current home at 4901 west 150th Street, Cleveland
